  • Stuggling...

    Im on day 7 and I'm REALLY stuggling today.

    I just want oats..or cereal... or fruit!! Ahhh fruit!!

    HELP ME!!

    Im soooo hungry this morning and I just wanna eat some porridge and fruit...What do I do?!

    Im sick of eggs!!!!!!!

    I feel your pain! What helps me is trying new recipes. Here's a really really good and inspiring site you might enjoy. lots of people refer to Linda's site. It's very inspirational to puruse when you're at a loss for what to eat without going off plan.

    I like the things you can do with califlower, like the recipe for faux rice... which fried up in butter are a fabulous substitute for potatoes. Hang in there and be creative!

      I tried Cauliflowe hash browns on Saturday and they were delicious.

      My issue is while im at work..i get hungry and most ppl are eating breakfast - cereal, toast etc..and im sittin here STARVING and wishing i could have a piece of toast with peanut butter....thats all I want!!!

        Why are you starving. Starving does not work on Atkins you have to eat. There are hundreds of things we can eat focus on those. And read this thread

          You do not have to eat breakfast foods at breakfast. you need to load your fridge with a rottiserie chicken from the grocery,hamburger patties,boil some eggs & make some deviled eggs (much better than scrambled)..You should in no way be hungry.Tuna fish is good in the morning & easy to make...
