    Okay so I am almost through Induction and I hadn't been using fitday because it was just too much of a b*%ch to enter in all that information. BAD IDEA. I've been getting closer to 30 grams of carbs then 20 (based on the few menus that I entered).

    Here's the kicker, I'm in lipolysis and I have lost som weight (7 lbs.). Should I redo Induction at the 20 grams? I'm confused as to my next step. I'm 5'4 and started at 142 lbs. So the 7 lbs. weight loss is actually pretty good for my size.

    What do you guys think?

    If I were you, I would start tomorrow with a good solid week of clean induction, then start moving up the rungs.

    I would recommend to start a two week clean induction over again. But it sounds like you don't have very much to lose, and you had better start moving up the rungs in order to do things properly.
