how do u get the ticker to show when you post? i went and made one but i get stuck when it comes to the part when you are supppose to copy and paste it somewhere. where do you copy and paste it at?

you can paste it into your signature block by clickign on the 'Quick Links' bit at the top of the page then selecting 'Edit signature' from the dropdown list that appears. Paste the link into the text box then save it and it should appear at the bottom of any posts you make.
You can click on 'preview signature' to make sure it pasted OK before saving.Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
