Thanks a lot! I know I shouldn't even be on a scale. But it really gives me inspiration to keep going. Plus, there is a huge scale at anytime fitness where I work out and I swear it always calls my name before I leave. I just have to jump on. I've learned from the post however to def. not obsess over it. I'm just going to keep on keeping on because I do feel like a different person on this diet. It's hard to explain. It's like after those first couple of day (which are pretty hard and horrible) you feel great. At least I do. Anyone else have that going on?

I don't see anything wrong in weighing often as long as one don't gets discouraged about (or, worse, cheat because of) no loss or (sometimes) gain. But I've seen many people on the board giving up or visiting carbville because of whatever the scale said, so it depends on the person.
