I know I should probably post this in the Geek forum, but I thought it might be helpful to some newbies for workout inspiration. I am one of those people that has to have music to work out to. :icondance :icondance :icondance I had a little Nomad Muvo and it broke right before I started Atkins, so exercise was pretty difficult for me to do. I just got one of the new 1 gig IPOD Shuffles, it is my new best buddy. It's the size of a 25 cent pack of gum. It holds about 250 songs and automatically shuffles so you never know what to expect next. The sound quality is AMAZING and the software that comes with it is SUPER easy to use. And, it was pretty cheap, considering the amount of memory it has. There is a 512 and a 1 gig out now, I'm sure they'll be coming out with a bigger one pretty soon. THis thing is great, I HIGHLY reccomend it.
