Hiya .. just me Again..
Just wondering if anyone can see what I'm doing wrong on my menu as today my scale hasn't budged yet again, infact it almost looks like I've gone up a pound.. (i know I shouldn't look at the scales till after 14days but I couldn't help it... especially as I've had such startling success in the past)
PS - plus my stix are in constant medium colour so I must be burning fat somewhere...
brekkie - 2 fried eggs, fried small tomato, 2 fried mushrooms, 1 sausage, 1oz of cheese and mayo
lunch - chicken or tuna, mayo and cheese
dinner - garlic mince with herbs, 200g of veg (ie cauliflour with lots of butter, garlic and mayo
Snacks - cheese or fried eggs
Water about 12 pints
2 cups of decaf coffee, one splenda and either less than 30ml double cream or a drop of milk
And a workout on my dirty dancing dvd
I've just been so good this time,,,, no cheats whatsoever.. not even my beloved glass of wine...
Any suggestions would be welcome.
