    Hi i;m on day 2 of induction im not weighing myself as i find that it not what the scales say its what size my clothes are.

    I would appreciate some ideas for the induction phase for something to drink or eat that it allowed on induction phase that i can have after swimming. I used to have sugar free jelly but not allowed that

    any ideas appreciated!

    Really you can eat anything that is on the allowed list - are you looking for a snack to take with you and munch on after your session or a meal to have ready when you get home?

      hi i guess i'm looking for a snack but a sweet one lol.

      i find cold jelly was really refreshing after the swim. i prefer one at home as i only live 2 doors away from the swimming pool

        Snacking on sweets was what got me into the obese category. Bad habits like that may have to end if we are going to find good health. If you are hungry after swimming perhaps something with protein?
