OK - so we went out for dinner last night - BW3's (Buffalo Wild Wings) and that is one of my downfalls. last week we went and I had a bunless black and blue burger with a caesar salad. last night I had 12 wings with medium sauce on the side (yeah, i know the sauce isn't induction friendly, but it IS only 1 carb per tbsp and NO sugar...) and a side salad with blue cheese dressing.
I was laughing at myself last night though, after we got home - just because part of me felt guilty for eating 12 wings - mainly because, in the past on any low-fat high-carb diet - wings would SOOOO not be "allowed" - especially not with skin on it! but ya know what? it was soooooooooooo good and I CAN have wings on atkins - infact, wings are encouraged!!!
but it's just funny that my first instict is to feel guilty.
so I wake up this morning and put on my jeans - and these jeans were big on me when i bought them last month already (they didn't have my size so i bought one size bigger) so I've been wearing a belt with them (i'm NOT a belt person...) but when I put them on this morning - I normally can only use the 2nd set of holes - well, today I HAD to use the 3rd set of holes there on the belt because the 2nd set were too loose!!!!
i got on the scale and it's not really moving right now (although I AM down 5 pounds) but it's also smack right in the middle of TOM this week (so i know that my weight is never 'right' during TOM)...
but YAY FOR NEW HOLES IN THE BELT! WOOHOO!
