    Walden Farms syrups and dips!

Has anyone else discovered this greatness? It's calorie free, carb free and gluten free. I bought some chocolate flavored syrup a few nights ago and this stuff is delish! They also have strawberry, blueberry and raspberry flavored spreads.

Just wanted to see if anyone else has tried this stuff out and share what i've found for those that haven't

A few years back I used the thousand island salad dressing they made. I liked them but remember that particular product being more on the tangy side. Still good but a bit of an adjustment for my taste buds at the time.

I have heard the brand name, but I have never tried it. I doubt my local grocery stores have it.

        Does Amazon carry it?

Amazon only has like 3 of their items. You can purchase it directly from their website, and it is actually cheaper than Amazon.

Well...The berry spreads I cannot use yet. You are not suppose to have berry's until phase 2, and the chocolate syrup may reawaken my craving for sugar.

I am going to reseach the ingredients before I eat it though.

                    Yes!!!

Think of Induction as a fast or a detox from sugar and empty carbs. We have to break the cycle of addiction.

What are the ingredients? Even though it states 0 grams does not mean it cannot have an impact on you blood sugar levels.

Even the Atkin's approved sugar alcohols can raise your blood sugar levels.

Sucralose is a sugar substitute. Atkins states to limit consumption of this to 3 packs a day during Induction, but it's best not to consume it at all during this phase.

It can halt weight loss efforts.

Got it. But never the less its still a good source for later down the road.

Unless you want to try it to see if you are one of the people in wich it doesnt halt weight loss efforts
