    I can sympathize though, for some reason that commercial about Slim fast and the girl walking by the chocolate donuts and her kicking the habit by kicking the donut is making me wish I would've eaten one while I was off program! and then I think, 'WHAT ARE YOU THINKING?'. You just have to keep putting the thought out of your head. Once you start saying yes, you'll weaken your resolve and slip down the slippery slope and start cheating left and right and then be wondering why you haven't lost wt but gained!

    Focus on all the good things you can have, and I will too! In a month or two you'll be thrilled that you practiced self control.
