  • disappointed in myself

Hi everyone here I am very sad that I couldn't help my sweet cravings
The only thing that gives me hope, is that it looks as if other people have also tried this more than once.I am going to start clean tomorrow and hopefully I can resist this time The only question I have is,I found some tortillas that are only 3 carbs can those be used? Well wish me luck in 2 weeks I hope to have good news.

If you are talking about the Mama Lupe's then not on induction but I use them now and they have not stalled me and are a life saver. I don't eat them non-stop but have 4-6 wraps a week.

We all stumble. Bravo for cutting yourself some slack and just starting clean instead of giving up.

You can only fail if you stay down. Pick your self up and keep going. Try to explore what it is you have to do to get through those moments. There are some really tasty herbal teas out there and the ones with spices sometimes help me if I get that sweet urge. There may be something out there that will help you too. Drink plenty of water.

Hi Yahaira Well done for deciding to get back on track.

To work out if any products like the lowcarb tortillas are suitable for whichever phase of Atkins you are at you need to look at the ingredients.

If all the ingredients listed are allowed for your phase of Atkins then you are good to go - if not then they need to be left till you get to the OWL rung where they are allowed.
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!

Thanks everyone it's good to have people here who really care. Today was hard because of the headaches but I know those will go away.Liv I think I will try the teas that sounds like a good idea. Well I think if I post a before picture that might give me more incentive. Thanks again
