I am in my 3rd week of induction and definately in ketosis. I still dont have the energy I should have. I did this 3+ years ago and was bouncing off the walls and this time I still want a nap in the afternoon. Any ideas why?

Our bodies have remarkable memories so even tough you had a very different experience on Atkins it's unlikely you'll repeat that experience exactly has it was years ago.
Having done the same thing, weight that fell off quickly during induction now moves very slowly - but that's ok and it's normal. As for your fatigue that's normal too during the first few days of Induction.
The symptoms of withdrawal from sugar and carbs may be taking a longer time on this new go around to subside.
- Are you eating enough fats and carbs? Are you exercising? are you taking supplements and vitamins?
Give us an overview of what your doing and the folks here will be in a much better position to help you get past the fatigue
