ok - so something i've noticed - now that it's been 2 weeks that i've been doing atkins - i feel lately like my appetite has gone WAY down - which I think (for me) is a GOOD thing - I eat a good enough breakfast and I'm NOT starving by 11 a.m. anymore...in fact i ate breakfast at 9 a.m. today and wasn't hungry again until around 3.
i'm also not eating NEARLY the AMOUNT of food that I used to - which, in all honesty - I think because - when I WAS eating a lot of sugar & refined carbs - because it was constantly spiking my sugar, that made me hungry all the time - and now? i'm not hungry every 2 hours. I FEEL satisifed for more than 2 hours everytime I eat now.
I'm getting in my 3 meals a day and when i feel like I need to - I have my snacks in between - but I don't feel the absolute NEED to snack all day long anymore.
