Hi There! I'm a 40 year old female with PCOS and I can't believe how this diet has made me feel much better! Here are a few of the advantages for me:
1. My appetite has suppressed itself and I now find that if I have a drink of water I don't want anything to eat. When I was on carbs I coudldn't get enough to eat quickly enough!
2. Any indigestion I suffered from before has gone.
3. Menses are much lighter and pain free.
4. My head is much clearer.
5. I'm enjoying foods that were previously 'bad' for me.
6. I've lost 11lbs - even without exercising through injury.

WOW!!! This is my first day and reading your post is such an inspiration! Could you share with me a typical day of your diet? I'm mostly curious about your vegetable choices - that is the most confusing part for me! Thanks and congrats!!!!
