Induction complete......wow !!

    Induction complete......wow !!

    Monday January 5th was the fresh start.........

    first week tough through tiredness and irritability but succeeded in losing 8lbs.......
    second week got easier and drank loads more of water and felt a lot better mentaly and lost 3lbs......

    Ketostix now in the very dark purple shade...

    I've noticed that my skin feels like it's all over moisturised and no facial spots !! (great side effect!)

    So in total I've shed 11lbs and my wife 8lbs !

    Long may this continue !!

    WOO HOO!!!!!! CONGRATS to the both of you! Sounds like you're off to a really good start Are you planning to do an extended induction or going up on the rungs?

          Hello Areial, congratulation for ur achivement ,u should be really proud of urself as As i myself is still in induction I find it hard for the food choice but still u did it,there is so much in the menubut i can't find anything for snack as i don't eat cheese 7 olive coz whenever i eat them i get red rashes in my toung n it painfull aswell so guyssss suggest me any snack thankx in advance n u Areial did gr8

              I can't suggest anything what you could possibly snack on, cheeses and olives are part of my daily lunch !

              Try reading a book to take ur mind off the cravings (that's what I did).

              Thanks all for the congrats....

              I will be on an extended induction this month until the 31st! (breakout for the birthday !)
