  • End of week 1

Well, I can't say the first week has been a breeze....induction flu(withdrawals)....palpitations(feeling better now)
BUT and it's a big but ( though not as big as my current one ) I have spent the week eating food that I avoided like the plague when I was one of those misinformed "dieters" now I have been eating & thoroughly enjoying, steak with a blue cheese sauce, bacon & eggs, omelette cooked in butter filled (3oz) with cheese & sauteed mushromms and so much more, and I have still lost 6lbs!

I did kind of bury this in my palpitations thread but actually I want to shout it from the rooftops ......SIX POUNDS and more interestingly I have those scales that measure body fat & hydration, hydration has gone up by 4% Fat has come down by nearly 2%!!!!

I LOVE IT!!!!!! and who cares if from now on if I only lose 2lbs or less a week, eating food like this wont worry me at all.

6Llbs down only another 117lbs to go

    Ciao xx

Wow, Debbie - already nearly 5% gone of the 123 you hope to lose -and in only a week!

I am pleased to hear that the palpitations problem is being dealt with too

          Keep up the good work!
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!
