Well me and my wife are now on our third week cheat free and getting results ..I lost total 14 lbs and my wife did not realy tell total loss yet but she has lost inches yes more than one and her beutiful face is more beutiful than ever, this diet rocks !!! We read every day here and it gives us insperation and drive to continue with a positive attitude towards others and each other...I cannot tell you all how much my wife and I need this site..Thank you all for the information and willingness to help others...God bless you all Mark M....

is the best and I don't know what I'd do without it either. I'm thankful for Dr. Atkins, his books, and this site. It is wonderful to have the support, knowledge, motivation, etc that you get here.
