    Re: cravings

No you don't need to restart counting your 14 days, just continue eating to plan without using the bars/shakes.

If you like them or have lots in the pantry and don't want to waste them then once you are at the OWL level/rung that includes all their ingredients you can experiment to see if they affect your losing.

They really aren't the best thing for regular snacks, but maybe keep them for when you will be out of the range of getting something less processed to eat.

I feel is it better to eat a high fat snack rather than a sweet one when you get those cravings, so used to have lots of things like slices of cheese and ham to make ham/cheese rollups, celery and cream cheese or pate to spread on sticks, hard boiled eggs and the makings for devilled eggs to make them more interesting. Then if I ever felt I wanted a snack I could easily grap one and not look further!

By not eating 'sweet' when your sugar monster pesters you it is possible to tame or even destroy it.

It might well be that you are feeling restricted by the limited choice of induction and might benefit from the variety possible on OWL, so read up on how to start on the next phase of Atkins so you are equiped to decide after your 14 days on induction.

After all, OWL stands for 'ongoing weight loss' so is the phase where Dr Atkins expected us to lose the bulk of our excess weight.
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
