I am eating everything i am suppose to..however i am hungry all the time seriously. I am about to give up...i feel puffy all over again since i started about a week ago. Do you guys weigh yourselves with your clothes? and do you weigh yourself's every single day? I lost like 8 pounds i thought and now i tried it this morning with my clothes on and it showed that i lost only 4. I am worried...
Also i accidently ordered tonight a non decaf caffe latte coffee because i am so use to just geting the same exact thing....i truly feel horibble about this....I needed someone to talk to that is why i had to let it out on here instead of beating myself up for it....how can i motivate myself? I wish i had a buddy to do this with
....God please help me through this...
my starting weight was 250
my weight currently flutuates between 242-245
and my mini goal is 220.
