Does hot tea have any carbs?? for that matter do you all count the carb in coffee? I've always counted a cup as a carb but I'm thinking I might be wrong now. What's the scoop? :P

I checked www.carb-counter.org and it looks like the carbs are very minute depending on the kind of tea you are drinking.If God didn't want us to eat animals, he wouldn't have made them out of meat. -
