  • How long should induction be?

    I have already done the 14 day induction but i dont really know if that is enough! what are good reasons to keep doing induction like if u wana lose a lot of weight do u stay on it longer? or somthing like that! i think im gana stay on induction for another week aybe. should i?

    Whats going on.. you have to read the book... atkins < ---- but you can go on induction as long as you need too.... buddy of mine went on it for a year and lost over 100lbs in that time frame!!!

    Goal 1 : 299lbs (Under 300 would be great!!)

    Goal 2 : 280lbs (Last time I looked in a mirror and didn't get depressed looking at myself)

    Goal 3 : 250lbs (My Father is taking me to New York as a reward, a city ive never been too & have always dreamed of going to...)

    Final Goal : 200lbs (My Life will be changed forever, & Instead of not worrying about girls fighting over me... I will most likely have to hire bodyguards to keep them off!!!

      You should do extended induction only if you are metabolically resistant (you can check your level of metabolic resistance on page 158 of DANDR 2002, based on what you lost in induction) or if you have a lot to lose. From your ticker, you don't seem to have a lot to lose... so maybe you should move to OWL.
