Hi Guys,
I have just strated using Fitday(yesterday) and put in everything I ate and was shaken by the total of carbs in the column it came out at a WHOPPING 52.6!
However my percentages were Fat 64% Carbs 9% and Protein 27% which judging by other posts isn't too bad. What am I doing wrong?? 52.6! thats not good
Any help/advice/suggestions greatfully received!

But seriously, we cannot help you unless you tell us what you are eating. Also, be aware that you should subtract dietary fiber from total carbs to find the net carbs (which are the ones you should be counting on Atkins).
