  • Help with Drinks for Induction?

    Hello Everyone ,

    I have doen atkins befor its been awhile but my biggest problem is drinks On induction what can we drink besides water even though I know that is the best thing to drink sometimes i need a lil something more lol

    What about some decaf sun tea?
    If God didn't want us to eat animals, he wouldn't have made them out of meat.

        I like carbonated water to. With a bit of lemon sometimes (You are allowed a few squeezes in induction)

          WE area allowed some fresh squeezed lemon in some water daily ??
