    what is DANDR?

    Hi there, just new to this forum, but not to Atkins, and wondering what DANDR is?

      DANDR stands for Doctor Atkins New Diet Revolution - 2002 edition.

      This is the title of the book that you MUST own and READ as all you need to know is in it.

      I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!
