Re: Feeling lousy - need a friendly hand!
Hi Budderfly
I am so sorry you are feeling so lousy...how are you feeling today?
I am no expert for sure and it is early days for me also - curretly day 11. It has taken a while for my body to adjust, I was feeling exactly the same as you between days 1-5, slowly getting better daily.
My advise read the forum, read about destructive carbs and how they work and think about the nice skinny clothes you could be wearing in the summer.
How much do you have to lose? Post your meal plans/food intake, it all helps you be more accountable.

thank you sallyann
i'm much better today but i feel as though i've gained weight?? my jeans are 'snug' and my face looks 'fuller' its quite disheartening considering the way i've been feeling lately, do you know what i mean?
the keteostick yewsterday was pink but today its negative! i have scrambled eggs with 3oz cheese for breakfast, chicken thighs and mayo for lunch and eggs/chicken/pork or fish combinations for dinner with mayo and olive oil. i drink lots and lots of water, walk 2 miles every morning and have yet to cave in and grab a cookie, i swear!! ok ok, i know its only day 5 but if i feel like this now (fatter) won't it just make me more anxious about whats to come?? will i gain excess pounds before i start losing for real!
sorry to ask so many questions, i really could do with hints and tips on how other people get by. thanks again...oh i have around 15lbs to lose after years of struggling! i was around 220lbs 4 years ago, i need to shift this last chunk to meet my 126lb target and learn how to stay there forever!!

Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!
