i no salt is not good to have on induction it holds water so how abot (no salt) i havent seen anything on here about it

Salt is essential. We need to have it. It regulates the water balance in our body. But we do not need much

I think cutting down on salt is a very good idea. And I think just by switching to a low carb diet I have cut my salt intake considerable. There is so much salt in processed food. (Have you ever looked at what they put in those condensed soup containers? Holy cow)Last edited by liv; January 23, 2009, 12:36 PM.

If you are avoiding all the processed food products most people eat in their 'normal diet' then there should be no problem with adding salt to food you cook.Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
