hello im about at the end of my 14 day induction day 13 i have lost weight
but i havent lost any inches and cant tell that my close are any loser i started at 260 and now im 250 my goal is 190 im thinking of staying on induction untill i get down to 210 or 200 is that a good idea my leg i better and im on the treadmill for 45min a day
