I had been going by carb charts, and was counting cream cheese at 1 carb per ounce. But this morning I read the label on my store brand cream cheese today and it has TWO carbs per ounce!
Also, I am using Splenda packets at one gram each, and I read that liquid Splenda has NO carbs.
That means my Mock Danish breakfast had 6.5 carbs, BUT if I had read cream cheese labels and chosen a different brand of cream cheese, and Liquid Splenda instead of the packets, my Mock Danish could have had 2.5 carbs!
4 carbs is a LOT on induction!
No wonder my weight loss has been slower than I expected!
