I actually had a day one about 4 days ago but I decided one little bowl of cereal wouldnt hurt....then it was two bowls then I was digging through my cabinets wondering what else I could have that I shouldnt... I got a horrible headache right after I ate that stuff... weird huh? well four days later I am ready to try again. I had some bacon and water for breakfast.... any advice or encouragement would be great. thanks!

    Well welcome.
My first advice would be throw out the cereal now.

The key for me was to plan in advance the food I intended to eat so I wasn't caught out by having to make a snap decision.

I have tried Atkins serveral times in the past and the main reason I slipped was because "i failed to plan". I make sure that I have a lot of legal food on hand and prepare food to take to work each day. I love to cook so I get creative with my foods....eggplant frittatas is just one varity of eggs that I cook. I keep hard boiled eggs in the fridge along with crab dip, pepperoni slices, chicken, tuna salad.. etc... be prepared is all I can say and drink plenty of water.
