  • TOM has finally arrived...

    Whooooooooooooooooooooooooo hooooooooooooooooooooo.... and my once tight jeans are feeling lovely and loose..
    I'm hoping now this means my scale will move a little quicker.

    WHOOOOOOOOOSH FAIRY.. where are you????????????

    PS - I've also set myself a little goal that I want to be down 11 pounds by the end of february. I CAN DO IT...

    Can someone tell me what this whooooosh business is?

      hiya...

      The whoosh fairy is a sudden big loss (like overnight)... it happens randomly and its fab.. (i think it involves water, sodium levels something like that)... so I hope I'm due one soon.

        Thanks! I was totally confused!
        So, do people generally see a stall the week before their TOM or the week of their TOM? I take it a woosh comes after it is over?

          I believe people usually stay the same or even show weight gain thw week of. Maybe show some weight loss after TOM?

            When I used to have a TOM (now have UID so don't have them I used to show weight loss on day one of TOM x Hope it moves for you tomorrow.

              I ask because this is the week prior to mine. I have not lost anything. Not sure what is going on, really.

                That could be the reason

                We all have a different pattern.

                I have seen posts from some Atkineers who never lose the week before, during AND after but drop several pounds in the other week, which must really be frustrating
