Is Truvia ok to have on induction? or should I just stick with splenda

It would be fine. It is a mixture of stevia and erythritol (a sugar alcohol). Remember that we always have to try out sweeteners - they can cause cravings and stalls. And that we are limited to 3 a day. Let us know how you like it.
Granular splenda has some sugarstuff in it so in many ways Truvia may be better. I don't know how versatile it is. I don't know if you cook with it like you can with Splenda. It is rather new. I guess people will figure it out gradually.
