im 5 days into induction and everythin was goin fine...but i was just completely out of control a minute ago and ate loads and loads and loads of sugar free sweets
i know im guna be really ill now. if i have 4 sweets its too much and makes me ill. iv had....i cant even count. i dont know wot to do!!!! ALSO...does anyone know if it would stop you losing weight if u ate late at nite...even if it had little or no carbs? iv heard eatin too much protein causes ur body to turn it in to glucose so that stops u losin weight. does anyone know how much preotein is too much?

The good Doctor said that we should try for 5 % carbs, 35 % protein and 60% fats, I think, (Its been awhile) SO I would think that anything beyond 35% protein would be to much. Use FitDay - Free Weight Loss and Diet Journal as it will give you your precentages.

Yeah. You're gonna have a bad night. What to do?
1. Don't get more than 5 steps away from the bathroom. In fact, you may just want to set up camp in there and warn everyone else in the house to use another bathroom until you get through the next several hours.

2. Don't do that to yourself again! You're not supposed to be eating that garbage at all, especially right now - and it's obvious you have binge/portion control issues. Why set yourself up for failure like that?! Don't do it again.
If you're hungry, eat.ALSO...does anyone know if it would stop you losing weight if u ate late at nite...even if it had little or no carbs?
As DesertStorm said...5% carb/35% protein/65% fat. Aside from that, don't overthink it. You're a lot more likely to stop losing due to scarfing down countless pieces of SF junk food than you are from eating a burger before bed because you're hungry.iv heard eatin too much protein causes ur body to turn it in to glucose so that stops u losin weight. does anyone know how much preotein is too much?

yeh i dont wana eat any more sugar free junk now lol. i just never seem to know when im hungry...i eat wen my head tells me i should. its probably from years of eatin (or not eatin) like a idiot from wen i woz about 13 onwards. tryin 2 be sensible now and eat proper meals. this is the first time in a long time that i have ate so regularly! but today has really threw me off cos my times of eatin have been different & i got in the old habbit of not havin anythin 2 eat for ages again cos i woz busy :S will be gettin back on track 2moro tho!!

Your brain triggers hunger based on your eating schedule. If you are used to eating all the time, the hunger will come on constantly until you retrain your body. Keep track of when you eat and when the hunger is really bad. If you notice that you are always hungry at the same time every day, plan a meal during that time. If you notice you snack a lot during another time of day, plan a meal before you would normally start snacking. This does take some effort, but the sooner you have your body figured out, the easier it will be to overcome cravings.
