  • Carbs in chamomile?

I just plugged my chamomile tea into fitday and found that it has a carb count. I was actually shocked by this. It made me reaffirm that I will check carb counts on anything new I introduce.

    It's surprizing isn't it?

In Dr. Atkins New Diet Revolution Carbohydrate Counter, it gave tea and coffee carb counts of 0.9 and 1 carb per 6-8 fluid ounces. So I always have counted my cup of tea as 1 net carb.

I suppose as it is made from a plant it will have 'some' carbs as all plants do.
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!
