hello, this is my second time on atkins, the first time was very haphazard, i hadn't even read the book but i managed to lose 4 stone in 5 months!
unfortunately ive put three of those stone back on so i'm back on track!
however, this time i read the book and i'm fairly confused. within the first three days i'd lost 4lbs, which was amazing, but since finishing the book i'm starting to doubt that i'm eating the right things and i really don't want to let myself down!
if anyone could give me any advice on what's right to eat then i'd be very grateful! i've posted what i ate today below, which is more than i usually eat on atkins, but fairly typical stuff. please let me know if i'm going in the right direction!!
breakfast:
3 eggs, scrambled with butter and milk
lunch:
4 hertz frankfurters with mayonnaise
dinner:
large sirloin steak with green beens and broccoli and butter
snack:
2 mini babybels
several spoonfuls of homemade egg mayonnaise
have had loads of water etc.
