  • hot pork rinds

    They say HOT pork rinds. they say 0 carbs 0 sugars. is this ok? Ingredients include pork rinds, seasoning( salt, corn flour, monosodium glutamate,) spices, paprika, mustard, onion powder, garlic powder.

    Hmmm, if they read 0 carbs on the label, they could still have 0.9 grams of carbs. Just to be safe I would probably count 1 gram per serving on them.

      it says seasoning and in parenthesis it says corn flour w/ other things. is this ok for induction?

        answered your other post about this first but when we check the indredients like good Atkineers if an ingredient isn't in our induction acceptable foods list then we should not be eating it until we get to the carbohydrate rung in OWL under which it falls.

        you can make your own Hot pork rinds by adding spices tot he bag and shaking count those carbs too or by sprinkling on hot sauce before eating.
