Good luck John - clean out your house if you can of high carb foods so you have an environment that is induction friendly

      Welcome aboard John!

No luck needed here. Do a clean Induction and you will see great results.

On the main page of this board there's a forum called FAQ's and it'll have a lot of information for you..here's the link:
      http://www.atkinsdietbulletinboard.c...1b7c1ea4f61841

If you haven't already read the book, Dr. Atkins New Diet revolution,(2002 edition) please get it and read it. It is very important that you understand the plan.

      The best to you.

        Welcome to ha John
As Becky Sue said - you dont really need luck - just follow the rules and eat nothing that is not on the list of acceptable foods.
There is a wallet-sized summary of this at the top of this 14-day induction forum that you can print out and have with you when you go shopping or eat out which will help you enormously.
We look forward to your 15 day 'I lost ** pounds ' posting :joy :joy
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!

Check out our Low Carb Recipes website and add to it!!
