    Well I made it thru induction with ease. I am now on day 17.
    Anyway I was going to try add a few things to my diet. So I found some Ketone test strips on Ebay and wanted to ask how yall use them *ahhem* I mean I know how....but should I do it in the morn,an hour after I eat sumthin added or what?
    I have not used one yet but I figured with such a loss so far I am in ketosis.

    Also I have calculated my level to be mid-low so Can I stay on extended induction and just add a few more cheese and sweetner?
    LOL I do have the book but have yet to get thru the whole thing....

    No - extended induction is just exactly the same as the intiial 14-day induction.

    To have more cheese you need to have reached the 2nd rung of OWL. So if you are hankering for more you need first to do the veg rung and add 5 net carbs more induction-allowed veggies and see how you do.

    As you exhibit mid-low resistance to weightloss there is no real need for you to stay any longer on induction, so move on up the carb ladder to start to see how the new foods affect you and how many carbs you can eat and still lose weight.

    The sweetener limit is for all time as far as I can tell from DANDR.
