Well I made it thru induction with ease. I am now on day 17.
Anyway I was going to try add a few things to my diet. So I found some Ketone test strips on Ebay and wanted to ask how yall use them *ahhem* I mean I know how..
..but should I do it in the morn,an hour after I eat sumthin added or what?
I have not used one yet but I figured with such a loss so far I am in ketosis.
Also I have calculated my level to be mid-low so Can I stay on extended induction and just add a few more cheese and sweetner?
LOL I do have the book but have yet to get thru the whole thing....
