I am currently on day 7 of the Induction Phase and while I did get a bad headache on Day 3, and attributed that to the "Induction Flu", I can't remember having such a bad headache after day 4 or so when I have done the Atkins Diet in the past.
4 Tylenols deep, at work, with a major headache. Does anyone else recall having this "flu", this far into induction?
Just to mention, I am in very high Ketosis according to the strips and haven't cheated at all over the 7 days. (Unless you count the smidgen fork of choclate brownie I scooped off my daughter the other night....LOL)
Our scale is broken so I don't know if I've actually lost any weight or not but am "wee'ing" a lot.
