Well I was hoping to be jumpimg up & down having lost a lot of weight, especially as I have a lot to lose, but I haven't lost anything this week at all
I lost 6 lbs the first week which was good, but probably just water, and was kind of hoping to do the same this week but nope! Oh well. I know I shouldn't, but I feel really despondent, especially reading other posts from people with lots of weight to lose losing anything up to 15Lbs in the two weeks. I am going to stay on Induction for a bit longer, probably until my Birthday March 1st and not weigh myself until then, I do feel like I have got caught up with the scales again!! NOT GOOD.
Dosen't help that work is REALLY stressful right now, but at least I haven't cheated on myself by cheating on my new way of eating which is an acheivement in itself I guess. Anyway back to the grindstone I suppose.
