    Hey all
    been on the wagon for two days now, weighed myself and am down 6 pounds, I am sure it is all water weight for now, but still made my head happy...
    How much are you guys loosing during your fist two weeks???
    any tips would be awesome

    Everyone loses a different amount on induction - a rough estimate is that it's about 10% of the weight you are planning to lose overall. If you lose less than that, it might be a little slower of a road for you, and if you lose more than that, it's possible you have a higher CCLL (lucky you)!

    There's a chart in the book that actually lists out what the different percentages mean in your overall journey with this WoL.

          F/60 yrs/5ft 5.5" (Though due to collapsing vertebrae I am now only 5'3" - but I refuse to recalculate my BMI )
