  • Re-induction Day1-133lbs lost-42 to go!

    Hello all!

I've finally decided to bite the bullet and lose this last 42 lbs! I've been holding on to it for wayyy too long. I've lost a total of 133 lbs all together, and this re-induction will jump start my losses again and help me on my way to my final goal and maintenance!

Gotta keep it squeaky clean, or I know there'll be set backs..no time for that....I'm jumpin in feet first!

    GOOD LUCK EVERYONE

    Good for you, Iyshia !!
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!

Check out our Low Carb Recipes website and add to it!!

I just want to caution you....If you have fallen off the diet and are restarting completely, going through Induction again is a good idea.

However, if you have been doing and extended Induction or even OWL, returning to Induction might not give you "jump-start" you are looking for because in extended Induction and OWL, you are still in ketosis and the main purpose of Induction is to get you into ketosis. Theorethically, there is no additive effect.

                Thank a bunch, everyone!

NOT2LATE: I haven't been near ketosis in so long, I couldn't begin to tell ya when the last time was! I'm sure I'm there now though...feels pretty darn good
