  • Seriously...HELP!

I have not had a bowel movement in 11 days. I've taken stool softeners, psyllium husks and a laxative and they make my stomach cramp a little but nothing!

I don't really feel bloated, it's so weird and kind of scary. I've been drinking tons of water.

Try increasing your fiber from veggies. I don't remember... are you in induction or OWL? Hmm... went back through some of your posts, you should be on Rung 1.

Avocado has a lot of fiber. Cooked spinach always does the trick for me. So does flax meal and cream (there was a recipe posted by Lyssie some while ago that combined these two... but I can't find it).

What are you actually eating (incl. quantities)?

There are lots of other recipes that are with flaxseed as well.
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

Magnesium supplements always helps me out. And remember plenty of water. Exercise is also helpful.
