  • five days into my induction

Hi! I am now on my 5th day of induction. Gosh, it feels great! For the past 2 days I have woke up before the alarm went off and I did not feel tired and want to go back to sleep. Amazing I tell ya.

Thank you for all of the replies. I have a confession to make. I did horrible and did not stick to plan this weekend. My hubby and I went out of town for him to entertain for his business and we went to this wonderful restaurant and I could not resist. I really am mad at myself now but I am back on track this morning.

Today I am on my sixth day and feeling great, too! Those first four days were killers for me. Headachy, lethargic, shaky. I felt all-around lousy. I'm glad to be past it!

I probably should have read to the end of the thread before I posted, so I could have added: Today is another day. Pick yourself up and make better choices one minute at at time.

You know, I'm in the same boat but hadn't made the connection. I have a new puppy that I'm crate training so I've been getting up between 5-6. Bright-eyed and bushy-tailed. Go all day with no crash on about 6-7 hours of sleep. When I'm eating carbs, I need 8+.

                  I love it.
