    Hi Sabina! :wave

    Looks pretty good to me!

You know you can literally "pour on the olive oil" and be liberal with butter as well. You're water in take is great and it looks like you understand that decaf tea or coffee doesn't count towards water.

When you mention small portions of veggies and 2 lettuce leaves I'm wondering if your getting your 20 grams of carbs....try using a measuring up or a scale..I like the big 2 cup six Pyrex measuring cups myself because they're so easy to use. As for lettuce remmember a the greener the better, streer clear of iceberg lettuce it has virtually no nutriants, or flavor.

Look at the wonderful pre packaged salads in your supermarkets produce section and try a few different blends of greens! Also add some mushrooms, cucumber, radish or anything else you like and that's on the acceptable food list.

I don't see any snacks in your list so I hope your not going 6 hours without eating, you have to eat something at least every six hours, so try some Atkins friendly snacks like turkey roll ups with bacon and mayo, deviled eggs, cubed cheeses and pepperoni slices.... check out the recipe Forum for some great ideas!

You're doing wonderfully! Keep at it!

if you use one of the online sites like www.fiday.com yo can get feedbackwhen you enter your meal if you are on target with your ratios and Atkins is all about ratios in induction. you want your fats high around 65% of your ttoal cals need to be fats 30% protein and keep those carbs under 20 net so your protein and fats many be a little too high but that is okay.

your lunch looks low fat but the rest look good.

Reember to spread your veggie carbs out to all 3 meals now so you ar inthat habit as you move up to the next phase as we don't want to spike blood sugar from a bolus of carbs at any one meal. Happy low carbing.

Ive just calculated it all on fitday and its worked out as follows :

        19 grams carbs

        fat 65 %

        protein 32 %

        Is that ok ?

As Im a little confused on different weight conversions Ive decided the night before I'll plan my next days menu and put it in fitday to make sure Im getting it all right.
Thank you for your help its been great and im starting to think maybe i'll really do this now I know there is support out there.

          Not bad Sabina :yes
It is a good idea to use fitday to plan your meals the day before - that is what I did when I started and I find nowadays that I seem to choose the right ratios without thinking about it.
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!
