  • Back on track after giving up bars!

I was eating Atkins bars because they are convenient and well the sugar addict in me loves them! They are candy. I was eating more than the recommended one a day because I told myself, "they are lo-carb, no harm done." I stopped losing weight, got depressed and that's probably why I was tired all over again!
Please listen to the veteran Atkins 'dieters'(for loss of better word), they know what they are talking about. They are expensive and not worth it!

Thanks LizEllen! My last 2 lbs lost are thanks to you!

I love your signature... to err is human.

The positive side is that you've learned something important, and you are sharing it with us and helping us all in the process.

    Hugs to you, too!

Way to go! It was a great decision to give up the bars (aka frankenfood).

So glad to hear that losing the bars has kickstarted your weightloss, Lisa
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!
