How do you stop it from smelling the kitchen out
I bought some opened it & used it....obviously, now my WHOLE kitchen cupboard smells of garlic everytime I open the door

I was worried about that when I started Atkins too. I couldn't eat my meat without spices, I grew up in a Caribbean household and it's unheard of not to have spices on your meat. I measure half a teaspoon for each spice and usually use 3 or 4 different types.
