    Starting all over :(

I've been on atkins for a week now, and after posting questions on this site, I ended up doing it wrong. I've been doing induction from the old Atkins book instead of the new atkins book... And i ended up eating the advantage bars almost every single day. I ordered the new atkins book off e-bay and so it should be here soon. (I hope) If anyone can give me some good advice I'd definately appreciate it.

This will take you to a printable list of the induction foods. Follow it and drink your water. YOu will be fine until your book comes. :hug

      Hi Kgold,

I know you've been having a rough time but believe me it gets so much easier.

And good for you for getting yourself a copy of the 2002 version of DANDR and it's great you used eBay! I'm a die hard eBay fanatic I ve been selling for five years and completed training as a bay Certified Instructor just a few months back -- so glad to know another Bayer!

Now until your book arrives why not print out a copy of the acceptable foods list ASAP here's the link:

Now from this list you'll have everything you need to start doing a clean, by the book induction. Bring a copy with you to the market and simply use it as a guide or make a shopping list and double check it against the list, either way you'll be doing everything right if adhere to the foods on the list.

When your book arrives you'll learn even more.

There's really no need to "start over". Just pick up where you left off and note when you finish the 14 days that the first week might have had some glitches so your weight loss results might not be at its potential.

the folks who need to "start over" are the ones who fall completely off Atkins and lose ketosis.

Don't worry! I did the EXACT same thing the last time I tried atkins! It happens. Good for you getting on the right wagon!
