headache pills?

hi,,i was wondering if someone could tell me which pain nedication can we take on atkins? advil,,tylenol,,etc.... i havent taken anything all this time,,cuz i didnt think we could...i want somthing that will not stall me or effect my loss in anyway,,this headache is just getting overwelming

Take your pills. Some headache medication may cause water retention but it is temporary.

I am sorry you are suffering, it will pass! Take your tablets for sure, they should not cause you to stall. You are at higher risk of caving in to carbs if you feel so rough.

It can be rough - it gets easier, I promise. I went through the same and it felt mid blowing at times.

hi,,i was looking at my aspirin bottle it says active ingredient ''starch'' is it still ok?

i do not know that. you need to check with other members. but i guess starch is okay.

Starch is the definition of a carbohydrate!!! Strictly speaking, it should not be taken during induction. In reality though, the amount in a pill is soo minuscule that you will probably wont register any effects from this quantity.. It is more important to take the aspirin when needed
