I knew of one a while back but it wasn't really what I was looking for. I want a journal that you can track what you eat daily, your workout what you did. and a place to put your numbers weight,measurements, etc etc etc.
Now the million dollar question: Does one exsist?
Found the one for fitday. Seems a bit confusing maybe Im just new to it and will get the hang of it...
