    Hubby is going to be out late tonight so I thought I take the kids out to eat...
    Does anyone know if McD has real cheese on the double cheese and if the meat is even real?
    Will I be OK with double cheese w/o bun and a side salad? Grilled chicken prolly be safer....One french fry kill me? lol j/k
    I haven't eaten any fast food in 3 weeks+ What is my safest bet? McD, Wendys, Burger King, etc.

    Thank you for any of your ideas!

    If I go to McDs I have a quarter pounder with cheese (no bun or ketchup of course) and I have it in my fitday as 320cals and 4 net carbs. I usually have it on shredded lettuce. Yum!
    I think if you google McDonalds, you can get the nutritionals from their site.

      I did Google it and they have a menu you can take off the bun and the ketchup....It is Process American Cheese, so I need to watch that.

          It's good to use the nutrition calculators for fast foods when they let you subtract the bun and other ingredients. The results may surprise you. For example, there's lots of sugar in most fast food grilled chicken (including the chicken the put onto the salads). Stick to the burger!

          Personally, I find McDonald's burgers pretty gross without the buns, so I stick to Wendy's (ummmm...Baconator with side salad) or Burger King.

            burger king is good. maybe you can check the nutritions of all of those fast food restaurant u listed. what i know is mcdonald have low carbs burger. not sure if they really does.

              Burger King has a good grilled chicken salad! You can get it with ranch and just eat around the baby carrots.
